Yesterday (January 8th) was the King's Birthday. Today (January (9th) is the Queen's Birthday. This photo was taken when we were in Europe back in the early 80's. She is as beautiful today as she was then. If possible, I love her more. Funny thing about getting old. We finally figure out that we are not the most important person in the world. There are others who are just as important. I like it better that way.
Wonderful post! I had a feeling, when Bree said you were blogging, that you'd show everyone else up. I was right! :) Love that you love her more after all these years--I feel that way after 16, and hope it continues that way. When we married (at the ripe ole ages of 18 and 19) I'm convinced we didn't even KNOW what love was!!

ReplyDeletePS...I don't know who is filling the hard drive up with pictures faster...my hubby or me, the proud mama. He already had to buy me a back-up hard drive to store them on!
